Del-Mar Farm
Facilities
Residents of Del-Mar Farm have access to a 2,350 sq. ft heated swimming pool, two tennis courts, a club house and a half mile paved nature trail that winds through woods, wetlands and along a pond. The Recreation Board of Directors are charged with maintaining the shared area between the neighborhoods and is made up by member appointed from the Condo and Homeowners Board of Directors.

Pool
Our 2,350 sq. ft. swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and kept at a pleasant 82 degrees. Our pool complex is complete with showers, bathrooms and patio furniture perfect for summer afternoons and nights.
Pickleball/ Tennis Courts
The Del-Mar Farm recreation area includes two pickleball court and one tennis courts for our residents to enjoy. These courts were newly remodeled in 2023.
Club House
The club house at Del-Mar Farm has all the bells and whistles for your next events. Amenities of the club house includes WiFi, table, chairs and a full kitchen. If you are a resident and are interested in renting the club house please use this form: Community Building Rental Request Form
Nature Trail
Our half mile paved walking trail starts just south of the club house and winds along a pond, creek and through the woods, eventually ending at the corner of Abby Ln. and Charolais Dr. While on the trail be on the look out for deer, turkey, song birds and migratory birds.
