Our beautiful community features 78 condo units (39 buildings), located on over 12 acres. Each condo has an interior that is unique and distinctive to that unit. Most condos feature walk-out lower levels and more than half have 3 car garages.

Del-Mar Village community is a special place to live. The people are friendly, care about each other, and have fun together. There are numerous opportunities in which to be involved: book club, Fridays at Five, summer swim aerobics, pickle ball and luncheon outings to name a few.
